the staff was helpful. the bar was also amazing.
Our room was right above the bar. this resulted in loud music until late. we also found the stairs quite steep. Carrying luggage up was not fun.

Charming Stay Near the Markt

central locationnice viewreally good breakfast
The hotel's location is central. It's just a block from the Markt. My room offered a nice view of the Belfry Tower. I found the breakfast really good, with homemade jams and a variety of options (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from the corridor early in the morning.
Dining
9/10
The hotel bar offers a great selection of beers and drinks. It is very popular with locals. The breakfast includes both sweet cakes and homemade jams. Scrambled eggs are prepared fresh from the kitchen upon request.
Facilities
9/10
The main lobby incorporates a good-sized restaurant and bar. Parking is available a short five-minute walk away under the Library in Parking Biekorf (a very convenient option). The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs.

average stay with some issues

small room
the location was convenient, close to the main square.
the room felt quite small for two people. the sink was strangely located across the room from the bathroom (i found that inconvenient). also, the thermostat's note said the air conditioning wouldn't work unless the windows were closed, but it didn't seem to work either way. i got mosquito bites after opening the windows for fresh air.
